Brittney Gibbs
she/her
Brittney Gibbs, MSc, is a former NCAA Division 1 Student-Athlete from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE). She was a member on the Women’s Track and Field Team specializing in Horizontal Jumps.
She completed her Undergraduate Degree at SIUE in Health Education ’18, and her Master’s Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise and Sport Psychology, ’19.
Brittney currently competes Nationally as an Open athlete in the Women’s Triple Jump, and is one of the Horizontal Jumps coach with Phoenix Athletics Association. She was the 2020 Indoor Provincial Champion in both the Open Women’s Long Jump and Triple Jump in Ontario.
She also works with multiple Canadian organizations who are committed to making a difference in sport, specifically for female and/or BIPOC individuals. These organizations include:

The
Mind Game
Brittney Gibbs, MSc, is a Mental Performance Coach, and founder of The Mind Game- a Sport Psychology Consulting Agency based in Toronto, Canada.
Brittney attended SIUE on a Track and Field Scholarship, and encountered numerous mental struggles as a Student-Athlete which affected her performance at the National stage. Taking the initiative to speak with her University's Sport Psychologist, she recognized the importance of mental training and the positive impact it had on her collegiate career.
As a high-performing athlete, Brittney is passionate about helping athletes succeed in their individualized sport- leveraging her personal experiences, as well as her Sport Psychology background.
Brittney works with elite athletes across all levels, teaching them the importance of mental training through different learning styles and engagements.
Brittney is available for one-on-one consultations, team sessions, as well as corporate engagements.
